Una, July 23- As per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, a special intensive revision campaign is being run in the state of Bihar, under which counting forms are to be obtained by July 25, 2025. It is possible that some voters of Bihar state are currently residing temporarily in Himachal Pradesh. Such voters can verify the name in the voter list of their constituency in Bihar by filling the counting form online or with the help of their family members.

District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal said that the draft electoral roll will be published on August 01, 2025. After this, the period for claims and objections has been fixed from August 01 to September 01, 2025.
Online option and form submission process-
The Deputy Commissioner said that voters of Bihar temporarily living in Himachal Pradesh can fill the enumeration form themselves through the online website https://voters.eci.gov.in or mobile app ECINET App. Apart from this, voters can download the pre-filled form and send the signed copy to the concerned block level officer through WhatsApp, e-mail or family member.
Valid document for enumeration form
He said that it is mandatory to have any one of the 11 valid documents to fill the enumeration form in the special intensive revision. This includes identity card or PPO issued to regular employee/pensioner of Central/State Government/PSU, any government document issued in India before 01.07.1987 (by bank, post office, LIC, local body etc.), birth certificate issued by competent authority, passport, educational certificate issued by board/university, permanent residence certificate issued by state authority, forest rights certificate, caste certificate (by competent authority), National Register of Citizens (where available), family register prepared by state/local authority and land/house allotment certificate issued by the government.
If the document is not available immediately, it can also be submitted by July 25, 2025 or during the claim-objection period (01 August to 01 September, 2025). Also, it is necessary to make the enumeration form available by July 25, 2025 for inclusion of the name of the voter in the draft voter list. Voters can check the status of their forms through ECINET app or on the website https://voters.eci.gov.in.
