Hisar: – As per the directions of Superintendent of Police Amit Yashvardhan, the drug de-addiction team of Hansi Police made the students aware of the ill-effects of drug abuse in the Government School of village Bhatol.
While making the students aware, the drug de-addiction team Hansi Police in-charge ASI Deepak Kumar said that the government has launched a campaign against drug abuse and everyone wants that our state Haryana should be free from drug abuse.
He said that drug abuse is hollowing out the society. It is the moral responsibility of all of us to stay away from drug abuse and inspire others to stay away from it. The problem of drug abuse is taking a terrible form. Even young men below the age of 18 are getting addicted to drugs.
Who are then committing crimes to fulfill it. During the program, the students also made posters on freedom from addiction, in which messages like "Quit addiction, improve your life", "Say no to drugs" were given in a creative way. Through these posters, the students appealed to the society not to take drugs.
He said that addiction can be got rid of. There are many people in the village who become completely addicted to drugs after getting addicted to them, it is difficult for them to return and start a new life, because due to addiction they do not have enough morale to take a resolution to quit addiction.
That is why it is important that with the help of the people of the village, counseling should be done with them, they should be motivated to quit addiction, and every possible help can be given to them in quitting addiction. By creating social pressure, get the person suffering from addiction treated. This problem has to be eradicated from the root. All of you should also be alert.
The police is identifying the people who take drugs and getting them treated.
