Garhshankar 16 August - On the occasion of the 79th Independence Day celebrated at Garhshankar, two girls Jaspreet Kaur and Komalpreet Kaur of Numberdar Karam Chand Public High School Satnaur Teh Garhshankar District Hoshiarpur, came in 12th rank in the merit list of Punjab School Education Board from class VIII and brought glory to the name of the school and the name of their parents.
There they were honored by SDM Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gaur Garhshankar on the occasion of Independence Day.
Those girls were also given appreciation letters by Kultar Singh Sandhwan Speaker Vidhan Sabha Punjab. On this occasion, the honorable principal of the school Mr. Surjit Kumar encouraged the children to study more diligently and congratulated them.
