War on Drugs: Efforts will continue until drug smugglers are caught and a healthy and drug-free Punjab is made:- MLA Kulwant Singh

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, July 20: Under the campaign against drugs launched by the Aam Aadmi Party government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, 'War on Drugs', MLA Kulwant Singh is regularly administering the oath of non-drug abuse to the youth by organizing awareness programs on a large scale in the cities and villages of SAS Nagar assembly constituency.
Today, under the same series, after village Manauli and Saini Majra, a ceremony was organized in village Matran and Badi village and after this, a ceremony was organized in village Jhiurheri to make the youth and villagers aware of drugs and administer the oath. 
Talking to reporters about the war on drugs campaign, MLA Kulwant Singh said that the war on drugs campaign launched by the Aam Aadmi Party government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will be further intensified in the coming time.
MLA Kulwant Singh said that the arrest of drug smugglers will continue on a large scale and under no circumstances will drug smugglers and those who help drug smugglers be spared. He said that to get the new generation out of the swamp of drugs, their parents also have a big responsibility, because any government can succeed in its efforts only when they get the support of the people.
MLA Kulwant Singh said that efforts will continue for a healthy and drug-free Punjab. He said that along with providing basic facilities to the people, the schemes for the all-round development of villages and cities are also being given the finishing touches and development works will gain further momentum in the coming time. 
He said that the leaders of the opposition party are left with no other issue than slandering the government, because the promises and guarantees given to the people by the government during the assembly elections have almost been fulfilled.

The youth remained present.
