Chandigarh, August 28 - Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini said that the double engine government of the central and state is following the path shown by the Gurus by adopting the teachings given by them. The Chief Minister was answering the questions of the media after paying obeisance at Gurdwara Sri Nada Sahib in Panchkula today.

The Chief Minister was answering the questions of the media after paying obeisance at Gurdwara Sri Nada Sahib in Panchkula today.
In response to a question, Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini said that a job will be given to a member of the victim's family of the Sikh families who lost their heads in Haryana during the riots in the year 1984. Families desirous of a job can apply through the Deputy Commissioner of their district.
He said that a large number of Sikh families were attacked in these riots, resulting in loss of life and property. The previous government had suppressed the files of these riots, but Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has taken the work of getting those files removed and sending the culprits behind bars.
Replying to a question related to the recently concluded assembly session, Shri Naib Singh Saini said that whatever issues were raised in the opposition, they were answered correctly. Responding to the allegation of vote theft leveled by the opposition, he said that the truth is that the opposition has no issues. The Congress party was in power in Haryana for 10 years, during their tenure there was an atmosphere of corruption, scams and disorder, the result of which the entire people of the state had to bear.
Lauding the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that under the One India, Magnificent India campaign, equal development is happening in every corner of the country from north to south and from east to west. He said that the Central and State Governments are celebrating the Parkash Purb of the Sikh Gurus with pomp and grandeur.
In the year 2019, on the occasion of the 550th Parkash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had dedicated the historic Kartarpur Corridor to the country. Now the Sikh community is going to visit Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib located in the village of Kartarpur in Pakistan of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini also informed that during the monsoon session of the Vidhan Sabha itself, this resolution has been passed with the consent of all to celebrate the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji in a grand manner, under which various programs will be organized in the coming days.
