Hoshiarpur- Chabbewal MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar is fully active for development works in his constituency. Recently, he inaugurated an interlocked road built at a cost of Rs. 10 lakh in village Patti. This road has been built from the house of Kapil Dev, a resident of Patti, to Shri Guru Ravidas Chowk, which was a special demand of the villagers to be built with interlocks.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Dr. Ishank said that he is continuously working to improve the infrastructure in every village of his constituency. He said that he considers it his responsibility to provide basic facilities like roads, drains, street lights and clean drinking water in every village of Chabbewal area. He said, "Our aim is not only to do development works, but also to make the life of the common people easier."
The MLA said that he will always maintain the trust shown in him by the public and will take the development works to every corner of the area. On behalf of the villagers, Sarpanch Shinder Pal Koch thanked Dr. Ishank and said that the demand of the villagers has been fulfilled with the construction of this road.
The villagers expressed hope that the development of the area will continue in this way under the leadership of the MLA. On this occasion, Sarpanch Shinder Pal Koch, Panch Sohan Lal Sahota, Daljit Singh (Block President), Panch Balwinder Singh, Panch Surinder Kaur, Harbhajan Singh, Charanjit Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Kamlesh Kumar (former Panch), Neelam Rani, Salma and many dignitaries were present.
