Chandigarh, July 7 – Comedian Kapil Sharma and his wife Ginni Chatrath have opened a café in the city of Surrey, Canada, which has been named Kap’s Café. This café has been opened in the middle of Surrey. Surrey is the city in British Columbia, Canada, where the largest number of people from the South Asian community live.
Long queues were seen outside the café that was opened in the last days of the week. Some stories have been posted on Instagram about the café. The place where the café has opened is already popular as a cozy hangout for locals and fans.
The café has been designed with a soft blush-pink and creamy white color theme from the inside. Baby-pink velvet chairs, gold-accented tables, crystal chandeliers and floral vases draw customers to the cafe. The cafe's menu is a mix of Indian nostalgia with modern cafe trends. Guests can order a jaggery tea or a matcha latte. Standout items include lemon pistachio cake, croissants, brownies and cookies.
