Praising this step of the Punjab Government, State President of Government School Lecturers Union and Government School Lecturers Promotion Front Sanjeev Kumar thanked Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, Education Minister S. Harjot Singh Bains and School Education Secretary Smt. Anidta Mitra and said that the government has taken a public welfare decision to amend these laws. 
He said that S. Harjot Singh Bains and Education Secretary have completed this difficult, complicated and long task with hard work, honesty and sincerity day and night to amend these laws. 
The Education Secretaries who have been there from time to time have played an important role in this work. He specially thanked the Education Advisor to the Government, Mr. Gulshan Chhabra and Media Advisor, Mr. Gurmeet Singh Bhalaiyana. He called this achievement of the organization a victory of the unity of the entire lecturer class.
It is worth mentioning that the Government School Lecturers Union Punjab has been continuously struggling against the black laws since 2019. The General Secretary of the organization, Mr. Balraj Singh Bajwa, said that these laws were also challenged in the Honorable Punjab and Haryana High Court by the senior lecturer colleagues of the organization.
Chief Advisor, Mr. Sukhdev Singh Rana and Secretary General, Mr. Ravinderpal Singh said that the amendment in the laws made with a pragmatic thinking and a positive attitude has paved the way for lakhs of students of Punjab to get school principals. 
The organization's senior vice presidents Jagtar Singh Saidoke and Aman Sharma thanked the leaders of fraternal organizations, Democratic Teacher Front Punjab, Sanjha Adiyyap Morcha Punjab, Vocational Lecturer Union Punjab, Headmaster Association Punjab and Government Teacher Union Punjab, who supported the lecturer union to resolve the 75:25 issue and gave space to this issue in their agendas.
State Press Secretary Ranbir Singh Sohal said that various ministers, MLAs, staff of the main and mini secretariats, officials, all officers and employees of the Education Directorate, former state president of the Government Lecturers Union Hakam Singh Walia, Jasvir Singh Gosal from Mohali, the entire press of Punjab, district presidents and office bearers of the organization, representatives of all units of the Government Lecturers Promotion Front Punjab, principal of School of Eminence 3B1 and all lecturers have specially helped in completing the difficult task of amending the rules. 
He said that the union thanks every person who has participated in the steps taken towards implementing the education revolution of students and Punjab in the true sense.
