Chandigarh, August 25:- Haryana Development and Panchayat Minister Shri Krishan Lal Panwar has taken strict notice of the recruitment of five employees in the Kirmach Co-operative Society in violation of the rules and has directed to cancel the recruitment process and recover the salary given to the employees. He directed the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies to immediately cancel the recruitment proposal and ensure recovery of the salary paid to the employees as per the rules. This matter was raised in a complaint filed before the committee by a resident of village Kirmach, in which it was alleged that five employees were recruited illegally.
Development and Panchayat Minister Shri Krishan Lal Panwar was presiding over the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee held in Kurukshetra on Tuesday. Minister Shri Krishan Lal Panwar, while hearing the 11 complaints included in the agenda of the meeting, disposed of all 11 complaints.
The Minister, while hearing the complaint of Panipat resident Rajpal Khurana, directed the police to continue their investigation and provide the documents related to the case to the complainant. Along with this, a complaint should be given to the SDM to remove his belongings from the hospital, so that the belongings can be provided with the help of the police. While hearing the complaint of Ward No. 32 resident Mahajan Singh, he directed the Nagar Parishad officer to start the construction work of the rainwater drain on the road to village Bahuri within a week and complete the construction work quickly.
On the complaint of another complainant, the Development and Panchayat Minister directed the Nagar Parishad officers to give notice in this matter, take action as per the rules and open the road. The complainant said that the Town Planning Scheme 8-A is being violated in Darra Khurd. Hotels and shops are being built on the land left for parking and service road under the scheme. During the hearing of another case, he directed the Roadways GM to run a special electric bus for students on Dhanaura Jatan Marg.
Minister Shri Krishan Lal Panwar directed the Public Health Department officer on the complaint of a resident of Shanti Nagar to prepare and send a proposal for a new tubewell to overcome the water problem. Along with this, he directed the Deputy Commissioner on the complaint of the village Narkatari Sarpanch to release the illegal encroachment on the land acquired for the water treatment plant. For this, a duty magistrate should be appointed and the encroachment should be released with the police force.
The Minister directed the District Urban Commissioner on the complaint of a Dayanand Colony resident to complete the investigation into the matter and send a report to the Lokayukta, and until the Lokayukta's decision is taken, construction work and other illegal activities should be stopped.
