Una, October 9 – The meeting of the Mata Shri Chintpurni Temple Trust concluded today at Maidas Bhawan, Chintpurni, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, Una, and the Temple Trust's Chairman, Jatin Lal. Various issues related to the Temple Trust and ongoing development work in the temple complex were discussed in detail.
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal stated that the District Administration and the Temple Trust are strengthening drinking water, sewerage, and other basic amenities for the convenience of devotees. He stated that all necessary formalities for the construction of the new building of the Mata Shri Chintpurni Temple are in the final stages, and the tender process will commence soon.
He also stated that work is underway on the Prasad Scheme through the Tourism Department, which will further accelerate the development of the temple area. The Deputy Commissioner stated that providing excellent facilities to devotees visiting Mata Shri Chintpurni is the top priority of the District Administration and the Temple Trust.
During the meeting, members of the temple trust also raised issues related to improving the sewerage system and providing relief from monkeys. The Deputy Commissioner assured that prompt action would be taken on these issues and effective solutions would be ensured through the concerned departments. Furthermore, the Deputy Commissioner announced that the Mata Shri Chintpurni Temple Trust would also provide grants for the marriage of poor girls from five panchayats in the Dehra Assembly constituency of Kangra district, adjacent to Chintpurni.

**Skill Center and Modern ITI to Open in Chintpurni**
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal announced that a skill center and a modern ITI for children will be established at Mata Shri Chintpurni. These centers, run by the temple trust, will provide youth with training in the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence. He stated that this initiative will empower the youth of the area towards self-reliance, while also providing them with modern technical knowledge.
On this occasion, SDM Amb Sachin Sharma, Temple Officer Ajay Kumar, Inspector Jairam Kumar, BDO Amb Ompal Dogra along with officers of the concerned departments and members of the temple trust were present.
