Fatehgarh Sahib:- Under the initiative of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Sri Amritsar Sahib and under the guidance of the Directorate of Education of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Nishchay Civil Services Training Center, Chandigarh, the interview process was successfully completed on June 24 and 25, 2026, to provide free coaching for civil services to proven Sikh students. About 60 students appeared for this interview after securing merit in the written examination.
Deputy Director of Nishchay Civil Services Training Center, Chandigarh, Dr. Rajinder Kaur, while explaining this, said that during the interview process, after taking the written test of essay writing of the students, they were interviewed by a panel of subject experts, including Board Members Dr. Kahan Singh Pannu, Former IAS Officer Mr. Kehar Singh, Former Chairman, Punjab School Education Board Mr. Ram Singh Mumbai, Industrialist Mr. Lachhman Singh Maluka, Secretary of Educational Institutions of the Shiromani Committee, Education Eng. Sr. Sukhminder Singh passed the personality test in front of the panel based on.
The final result of this admission process will be declared on 26 June 2026 based on the written test and the sum of the marks of both the panels, on the basis of which the selected candidates will be admitted to the academy and given high-level training for the preparation of civil services competitive examinations. Sukhminder Singh has been taken with the aim of motivating the Sikh youth to achieve success in higher education and competitive examinations so that Sikh students can contribute to the civil services by getting quality and quality education.
Along with free coaching, all the facilities of accommodation and food will also be provided free of cost by the Shiromani Committee. During the interaction with the students and their parents on the occasion of the examination, they praised the above and thanked the entire management of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. Parents expressed happiness and said that by getting this high-level coaching being provided free of cost, their children will be able to realize their dreams and serve the society in the future.
