Ratia, 26 September:- SDM Surendra Singh inspected the PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary School. During the inspection, he reviewed the attendance register, academic arrangements at the school, attendance of students, classrooms, cleanliness, drinking water and other basic facilities.
The SDM also inspected the arrangements for the Mid-Day Meal being provided to students at the school. He reviewed the quality of food, cleanliness, the process of preparing meals and the arrangements for serving food to students. He directed the concerned staff to ensure that nutritious and quality food is provided to students as per the prescribed standards. He interacted with students regarding their studies and motivated them to work hard regularly and maintain discipline.
He directed the school management to ensure that there is no negligence of any kind in matters related to the education and facilities of students.
During this, SDM Surendra Singh also conducted a digital survey of crops sown in the fields under the Digital Crop Survey. He issued necessary directions to the concerned officer to complete the survey work within the stipulated time limit. The objective of the Digital Crop Survey is to prepare an accurate and transparent digital record of crops sown in the fields. During the survey, details related to crops, fields and other relevant information should be recorded as per the prescribed procedure, so that farmers can conveniently avail themselves of various government schemes and agriculture-related services in the future.
