Kapurthala (Paigam-E-Jagat):- Traffic arrangements have become bad due to illegal encroachments by shopkeepers from Gate No. 1 of the Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala to Hussainpur station. Shopkeepers in front of Gate No. 2 and Gate No. 3 of the Rail Coach Factory have illegally encroached up to 10 feet outside the shop, and secondly, they have installed carts in front of their shops, which are illegal. The place for which the shopkeepers take rent from the cart owners. It is the place of (PWD) and the place of the Forest Department.
Due to illegal encroachments at this place, traffic is always jammed. There is a risk of accidents at all times and accidents also happen every day. Due to accidents, serious injuries are caused and many people also die. But the administration is not paying any attention to this. Administration and political leaders who go to Sultanpur or from Sultanpur to Kapurthala pass through this highway every day. But no one is paying any attention to this.
So, Sarpanch Rupinder Kaur of village Baba Deep Singh Nagar, Sarpanch Raj Davinder Singh, Sarpanch Jaswinder Kaur of village Saido Bhalna, Sarpanch Jaswinder Kaur of village Rawal and all the village residents demand from the administration that the illegal encroachments should be removed as soon as possible. So that the lives and property of the passing passers-by can be protected. The administration is not taking any action against these illegal encroachments. The panchayats are giving a resolution to the sleeping administration. And we hope that action will be taken on this as soon as possible.
