Hoshiarpur:- Guru Ravidas Sadhu Sampraday Society (Regd.) Punjab and All India Adi Dharm Mission (Regd.) India, while demanding to hold Senate elections soon in Panjab University and restore peace within the university, appealed to the central government that Panjab University Punjab is the pride of Punjab, the government should hold Senate elections soon and save the future of lakhs of students from being blurred.
On this occasion, Sant Samaj said in a joint statement that the Panjab University Chandigarh Bachao Morcha and the students' movement are the struggle of the entire people of Punjab, its success is not just that of one movement, but the victory of the entire Punjab.
He said that the Punjabi nation knows how to face every challenge with unity and fighting spirit, therefore, the governments should take the initiative to maintain the atmosphere of peace, tranquility and brotherhood of Punjab by announcing the Senate elections of Panjab University as soon as possible without testing the patience and sincerity of the students.
He said that Punjab University is our pride, Punjab has an inalienable right to it.
