Ambala, October 4 (R. Singh):- A 17-year-old girl, a resident of a colony in the area under Parao police station of Ambala Cantonment, gave birth to a stillborn baby at the Civil Hospital. When the girl’s health deteriorated, her parents brought her to the Civil Hospital for treatment, where she delivered a stillborn baby. The police have started an investigation into the matter.
According to the police, the 17-year-old girl suddenly experienced severe abdominal pain on Friday. Seeing her deteriorating condition, her mother took her to a nearby private doctor for treatment, but as the clinic was closed, the mother brought the girl back home. Around midnight, when the girl’s condition worsened further, the family took her to the Cantonment Civil Hospital, where the delivery was conducted under the supervision of doctors. The girl gave birth to a stillborn baby. After learning that the minor was pregnant and had delivered a stillborn baby, the hospital administration informed the police. A team from Parao police station reached the hospital and started investigating the matter.
