Patiala, September 06:- A foot Kalash Yatra was flagged off by Kunj Bihari Sewa Dal from Sri Kedar Nath Temple to Nilas Shiva Temple. After offering prayers at the temple, tea and refreshments were served, and members of the Sudhar Sabha honored all the devotees. On this occasion, youth Congress leader Sanjeev Sharma Kalu made a special appearance and welcomed everyone. The members of Kunj Bihari also honored the members of the Sudhar Sabha and presented a special honor to the temple priest.
Notably, this group used to visit Mata Naina Devi Temple every year, but this year, following the divine will of Lord Shiva, they visited Nilas for the first time. Additionally, Janmashtami was celebrated with great pomp and show by Sudhar Sabha Sri Kedar Nath Ji. Devotees gathered in large numbers since morning, and fast-special prasad was distributed continuously. At 9:00 AM, pulao prasad was distributed and also sent to Rajindra Hospital Patiala, Pingalwara Sanour Road, Kusht Ashram, and DCW.
In the evening from 8:00 PM onwards, devotional singer Mudit Shastri from Gopal Ras Dhara Mandal, Vrindavan performed bhajans, which were greatly enjoyed by the attendees. At 12:00 AM, Lord Krishna's birth was celebrated with enthusiasm, followed by fireworks and the distribution of prasad. All members of the Sudhar Sabha were present on the occasion.
