Hoshiarpur- The Kabaddi team of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur of the region won the bronze medal by finishing third in the Punjab University Inter College Championship by performing excellent sports in the Punjab University Inter College Kabaddi Tournament organized at Panjab University Chandigarh recently.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of the college, Dr. Parvinder Singh, Head of the Department of Physical Education, Prof. Raj Kumar and Dr. Jatinder Kumar said that in the league matches of this championship organized at the university, the Khalsa College Mahilpur team has brought glory to the institution by performing excellent sports.
They said that the team has won the bronze medal in the Inter College Championship by defeating the Punjab University team by a margin of 36-19 for the third position. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh and all the teachers of the Physical Education Department also congratulated the college's Kabaddi team and students on this achievement.
