Garhshankar, July 30:- The results of the second and fourth semesters of the postgraduate course MA History running at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College, Garhshankar have been excellent. MA History second semester students Khushdeep Kaur and Navroop have brought glory to the college by securing second and fourth positions respectively in the merit list of Panjab University.
College Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira said that in the MA History second semester results announced by Panjab University, Khushdeep Kaur secured second position in the merit list of the university and first position in the class by securing 85 percent marks. Similarly, Navroop secured fourth position in the merit list of the university and second position in the class by securing 84.5 percent marks.
He said that student Sumiti secured third position in the class by securing 82.7 percent marks.
In the results of M.A. History fourth semester, Rajni secured first place in the class by scoring 80.18 percent marks, Arshpreet Kaur secured second place with 73 percent marks and Simranjit Kaur secured third place by scoring 70.37 percent marks.
Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira congratulated the students who secured places in the merit list, their parents and the entire staff and said that this achievement is a matter of pride for the college. He motivated the students to move forward with similar hard work and dedication in the future as well.
