- All four FIRs should be immediately canceled.
- All arrested persons should be released immediately and unconditionally.
- Harassment of the nominated leaders, workers and their families should be stopped.
- An impartial judicial inquiry should be conducted into the entire incident and the police action.
- The long-pending issue of the release of the imprisoned Sikhs should be resolved immediately through dialogue.
