Hoshiarpur (Daljit Ajnoha):- Guru Nanak Sports and Welfare Society (Regd.), Mukhsuspur, will organise a free mega medical camp for cancer awareness and health check-ups on October 11. The camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Government Senior Secondary School, Ispur, Mukhsuspur, Chela.
Specialist doctors from Livasa Hospital, Hoshiarpur, and Dr Raman Aggarwal, Eye and Chest Hospital, Phagwara, will provide their services at the camp.
Balwinder Singh Gill, Jasvir Singh Mukhsuspur and others said that during the camp, along with cancer screening, check-ups will also be conducted for bone and joint pain, ear, nose and throat problems, and diseases related to the eyes, chest and lungs. The camp will also provide screening facilities for breast cancer and cervical cancer among women.
