Chandigarh, July 23:- Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini on Thursday chaired the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee held in Sirsa and heard public grievances related to various departments. Out of the 19 grievances placed in the meeting, 18 were disposed of on the spot, while one grievance was kept pending for the next meeting. Former Governor of Odisha Prof. Ganeshi Lal was also present on this occasion.
Paramjit Singh, a resident of village Ganga, complained that Sultan Singh of village Jhuttikheda had died on June 11, 2000 and he was not even married. Despite this, someone else has registered his 40 kanal 1 marla land on the basis of a fake will. The Chief Minister ordered a vigilance investigation into this matter. Earlier, the District Revenue Officer had also investigated the matter.
The Chief Minister also ordered an investigation into the solar panels to be installed by M.S. Som Corporation, Hisar. Vinod Kumar of village Gudiakhera said that he had applied on December 18, 2024 and despite paying the full amount, neither the solar panels were installed nor the money was returned. More complaints came to light against the same company in the meeting.
Kamlesh Kaur of Dhani Satnam under Raniyan police station directed to take action against the police personnel on the complaint filed in the case of assault. Kamlesh Kaur said that she was attacked, in this case a panchayat agreement was shown with the other party and her minor child was made to sign in this agreement. The Chief Minister considered it serious to make the minor child sign the agreement and ordered action to be taken.
The Chief Minister has directed to take action against the bank and pay the amount along with interest in the case of non-payment of compensation despite deduction of insurance premium by the bank under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. This complaint was filed by Sushil Kumar of Rupawas.

Anoop Singh, a resident of village Barsi in district Bhiwani, had complained that BLEO Shamsher Singh retired from the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department on March 31, 2019 and died of cancer on November 27, 2024 and he was unmarried and his mother Vidya Devi is dependent on his pension. The Accountant General was supposed to send the pension documents, but the SDO rejected the case at the local level. The Chief Minister ordered an investigation into the matter.
Haryana Urban Development Authority was directed to investigate and take action in the case of flat allotment in Sector-21. Vijay Kumar of Anand Vihar said that before him, Rs 55 thousand and later Rs 1.30 lakh were deposited, the allotment letter was also issued, but neither the possession of the flat nor the basic amenities were given. The Chief Minister directed to dispose of all such pending cases at the earliest and asked to keep this complaint in the next meeting again.

**Divyangs will get pension as per the new notification
On the complaint of Rampal of village Pohdkan, the Chief Minister said that a new notification has been issued regarding the family income limit for Divyangs below the age of 18. Accordingly, pension benefit will now be available under the increased income limit.
Roop Chand of Kalyan Nagar complained that the tubewell installed on the land purchased in 2021 is in someone else's name. The Chief Minister ordered action against the then officer in this matter and the ADC to investigate. The officers admitted that there was a mistake while issuing the connection in 2010. The Chief Minister asked both the farmers to be given different tubewell connections.
On the complaint of farmer Mahinder of village Chhatriya and others, the ADC was directed to investigate. Similarly, the police were asked to take action on the complaint of Sukhdev Singh and Roop Chand of Mandi Dabwali.

**Two projects inaugurated
Before the meeting, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini planted a tree under the 77th District Level Van Mahotsav at Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa. After this, he inaugurated two important projects.
Vita Milk Chilling Center was inaugurated in Dabwali, which has cost Rs 3 crore 30 lakh. This centre has a capacity to store 20 thousand litres of milk daily and will benefit milk producers from more than 35 villages of Dabwali.
Apart from this, the Integrated Drug Recovery Centre was also inaugurated at the Civil Hospital, Sirsa. Built with CSR support from HDFC Bank at a cost of Rs 90 lakh, this centre has facilities like 6-bed rehabilitation ward, psychiatry, counselling rooms, individual and group therapy rooms, activity room and e-library.
Deputy Commissioner Shantanu Sharma, Sirsa Superintendent of Police Deepak Saharan, Nagar Parishad Chairman Shanti Saroop, Rohtash Jangra, Dev Kumar Sharma, former political advisor to the Chief Minister Jagdish Chopra and many other prominent personalities were present in the meeting.
