Chandigarh, October 26- Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini announced several important development projects for the Nalwa assembly constituency and said that the state government will leave no stone unturned in the development of the area.
The Chief Minister announced that the construction of an urban health center in Azad Nagar will start soon. Once land is available in Panihar Chak, a health center will be opened and a primary school in Azad Nagar will be upgraded to a high school.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini made this announcement while addressing a thank you rally organized in Nalwa, Hisar. The rally's coordinator and Nalwa MLA Randhir Panihar were also present on this occasion.
Mangali Sub-Tehsil, Balsamand Tehsil and Adampur Sub-Division will be upgraded
Naib Singh Saini said on the proposal to give Mangali Sub-Tehsil, Balsamand Tehsil and Adampur Sub-Division status that the state government has constituted a committee for this. This demand will be fulfilled when the relevant application is presented to the committee. Also, after the necessary feasibility check to include Siwani Sub-Division from Bhiwali district to Hisar district, it will be included in Hisar district after the norms are fulfilled.
He said that Rs. 4.72 crore will be released for the construction of a water pumping station at Rawalwas Sub-Minor to solve the drinking water problem in Panihar Chak. Azad Nagar Kaimir Road (Ward 18 and 19), Patel Nagar (Ward 16) announced Rs 33 crore for sewerage and rainwater drainage. OP Jindal Minor will be expanded at a cost of Rs 1.43 crore while Ratara Talwandi Kharif Channel Pipeline Project will be commissioned at a cost of Rs 32.19 crore.
The Chief Minister announced that solar energy based micro irrigation projects will be started at a cost of Rs 33.24 lakh in Balsamand Barah Cluster and Rs 106 crore in Panihar-Chaudhriwas Cluster. He said that in view of the damage caused by floods in the area, a project to increase the capacity of Bhiwani Drain and provide water for Ratara Talwandi Kharif Channel will also be constructed at a cost of Rs 322 crore.
He also announced the repair of the gullies in the Nalwa area, increase in the capacity of Hisar Ghaggar drain, track strengthening and strengthening of drains in the populated areas of Camri, Gangwa, Patan, Arya Nagar, Matarshyam and Shahpur as per the requirement.
The Chief Minister said that 61 roads of 215 km long in the Nalwa area would be repaired as per the requirement as they are in the defect liability period. He said that work is going on at a fast pace on 10 roads of 46 km. He announced the repair of 56 roads of 186 km at a cost of Rs 93 crore. Apart from this, 5 roads of 20.79 km will be repaired by October 31 at a cost of Rs 2.46 crore.
Marketing Board Roads and Rural Development Area Released Rs. 5 Crores
Shri Naib Singh Saini announced Rs. 1 Crore for the construction of an entrance gate in Nalwa Assembly constituency and paving of 25 km of farm roads in the name of former Chief Minister Chaudhary Bhajanlal Ji. Apart from this, he announced the release of Rs. 5 Crores each for the construction of Marketing Board Roads and Rural Development Area in Nalwa Assembly constituency.
Mangali will be included in Mahagram
The Chief Minister announced that Mangali will be included in Mahagram if the five Panchayats of Mangali give their consent. He said that if the concerned Gram Panchayat provides us with land above the collector rate, a road will be constructed from Mangali to connect Rawat Khera Road with Payal village.
He also announced to make Balsamand Road four-laned from Hinduwa Mor to Rajasthan Mor by conducting a feasibility check and to construct Camry Minor as well as Camry Gangwa Link Road via Camry Road, underground minor and road construction.
On this occasion, Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Mr. Ranbir Singh Gangwa, MLA Mrs. Savitri Jindal, former Minister Capital Abhimanyu, former Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta, former MP Kuldeep Bishnoi, Hisar Mayor Mr. Praveen Popli, former MLA Dura Ram, Jogi Ram Sihag and other dignitaries were also present.
