Kapurthala:- As per the instructions of the Punjab Government, under the directions of the State Level Chairman of the Punjab Traders Commission (Excise and Taxation Department), Cabinet Minister Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema Ji, State Level Vice Chairman Mr. Anil Thakur Ji, in a series of meetings being held across Punjab, the weekly meeting of the District Traders Commission Kapurthala with about 20 departments of the district was held in the conference hall of the district complex under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Akash Bansal! This meeting was attended by almost all the departments of the district including the SSP Kapurthala and the Municipal Commissioner Kapurthala!
District Traders Commission Kapurthala Chairman International Punjabi Poet Kanwar Iqbal Singh Ji, after his stove broke during a lift accident, was on bed rest for two months due to changing the stove, so his son Pushpinder Singh took over the responsibility in his place and sat down with the administrative officials and held this meeting!
While Sushil Kumar Bobby Cham, Chairman Halka Phagwara, Jarnail Singh Marwaha, Chairman Halka Sultanpur Lodhi and Raman Kumar Malhotra, Chairman Halka Kapurthala along with Pushkar Walia specially attended this meeting. Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala and the chairmen of the four constituencies of the district openly discussed the complaints related to various departments with the intention of immediately resolving them.
Administrative and law and order issues related to the trading class were discussed. Emphasis was laid on better coordination between the district administration, police department and district traders commission. It is noteworthy that as per the orders issued by Punjab State Traders Commission Chairman Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema Finance Minister Punjab throughout Punjab, every department will be bound to resolve every issue within a week!
