Nawanshahr:- Deputy Commissioner Gulpreet Singh Aulakh visited Khatkar Kalan regarding preparations for the state-level function to be celebrated by the state government on March 23 on the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh. On this occasion, SSP Tushar Gupta, Additional Deputy Commissioner (G) Balbir Raj Singh, SDM Vipin Bhandari, Assistant Commissioner General Jagdeep Singh and others were present with him. During this, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the helipad and the function venue and directed the officials to make appropriate arrangements.
He gave necessary directions regarding security, parking, barricading, pandal, stage, temporary washroom, cleanliness, medical aid, decoration, sound system, drinking water, fire brigade, uninterrupted power supply, refreshments, publicity and other arrangements. On this occasion, SSP Tushar Gupta reviewed the security arrangements for the event.
He urged the officers to perform their duties with diligence, dedication and service spirit so that this event can be successfully conducted.
