Chandigarh, November 26 - On the occasion of Constitution Day, Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini reached the Haryana Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday and joined the program organized there and extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Constitution Day. The Chief Minister said that today is a day of pride for all of us because the Indian Constitution has provided the right to every citizen of the country to move forward with equal opportunities, justice and dignity.
Chief Minister Saini said that making the nation strong, empowered and united is the basic spirit of the Constitution. With this resolve, the Haryana Government is continuously working for the development of every section of the society.
He said that today under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Constitution is completely safe and Sabda Saath-Sabda Vikas-Sabda Vishwas-Sabda Prayas is a true reflection of the spirit of the Constitution. The strong democratic structure led by the Prime Minister has given the highest priority to the protection of the Constitution.
The Chief Minister appealed to all citizens to be aware of the fundamental duties and rights enshrined in the Constitution and to actively participate in nation building. He said that the future of India is in the hands of the youth and the youth should take up their responsibilities towards the society and the country with an understanding of the Constitution.
During the program, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Mr. Harvinder Kalyan, Development and Panchayat Minister Mr. Krishan Lal Panwar, Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda, Revenue Minister Mr. Vipul Goyal, Minister of State for Food Applications Mr. Rajesh Nagar and many MLAs, officers and employees were present.
