Mohali: On Sunday, 31 orthopedic surgeons from across the region participated in a one-day workshop on advanced minimally invasive techniques held at Shalby Hospital, Mohali. The workshop focused on state-of-the-art arthroscopic and joint replacement techniques, while also highlighting practical skills aimed at achieving better treatment outcomes for patients in high-volume orthopedic clinics. The workshop featured live demonstrations, cadaveric simulations, and interactive sessions conducted by Shalby's expert faculty.
Key topics covered included advanced knee and shoulder arthroscopy, robotic-assisted joint replacement, and reducing the average length of hospital stay through minimally invasive techniques.
