Seminar organized to connect the youth with the elderly.

Hoshiarpur- A three-day seminar was organized by Mai Bharat Hoshiarpur at Old Age Home Ram Colony Camp Hoshiarpur in collaboration with Bahu Rang Kala Manch Hoshiarpur to connect the youth with the elderly. On the first day, Superintendent Old Home Prince Sharma introduced all the elderly to the representatives of Bahu Rang Kala Manch Hoshiarpur.

Hoshiarpur- A three-day seminar was organized by Mai Bharat Hoshiarpur at Old Age Home Ram Colony Camp Hoshiarpur in collaboration with Bahu Rang Kala Manch Hoshiarpur to connect the youth with the elderly. On the first day, Superintendent Old Home Prince Sharma introduced all the elderly to the representatives of Bahu Rang Kala Manch Hoshiarpur.
After this, in the second phase of the seminar, on the day of Dussehra, Satis Sili Uppal entertained the elderly with religious music and conducted prayers.
On this occasion, Bahu Rang Kala Manch and their associates gave gifts to 20 elderly people living in the old home. After that, in the second phase of the program, while sharing ideas, elderly Jagan Nath and his associates, who have been living in Ram Colony Camp Ashram for a long time, shared the truths of life with the youth.
On this occasion, Bhajan singing, eye check-up camp and interaction with students were held and trees were also planted in the campus. Students Roni, Ashwini, Charu and Preneet participated in this three-day workshop and shared their experiences.
On the closing of this program of meeting of elders and youth, Deputy Director Education Ashwini Dutta highlighted the importance of the elderly, children and youth in the society and joint families.
On this occasion, retired Deputy Director Education Ashwini Dutta, Superintendent of Old Age Home Prince Sharma, Ramesh Kumar Satish Sili Uppal and students Rohini Ashwini Charu and Preneet were honored. Chunni Lal and Narinder Kaur of the ashram had a special contribution in making this program a success.
