Patiala, October 25 - Patiala MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli said that the Punjab government is fully committed to collecting every grain of the golden crop of farmers from the mandis and the administrative officers should also work continuously on this. MLA Ajitpal Kohli said that absurd statements are being made by the opposition parties, while the Punjab government is taking full stock of the farmers in the mandis and officers are being deputed to bring the farmers one by one. He said that the central government is treating Punjab step-motherly and the interests of Punjab are being attacked, which the Punjab government is strongly opposing.
Ajitpal Kohli said that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is fully meeting the expectations of the people and is fulfilling every promise made to the people. He said that most of the promises and guarantees have been fulfilled, the remaining ones will also be fulfilled soon and the promise made to the Punjabis will be fulfilled. He said that for the first time so far, the AAP government has taken the people of Patiala seriously.
Earlier, the leaders of traditional parties used to come forward only during elections, whereas for the first time it has happened that they are communicating with the common people on a daily basis and their problems are being resolved. He said that special attention is being paid to the development of the city and the problems of the people, due to which the people are completely satisfied.
