During this, the society specially felicitated Gursharanjeet Badpagga (Minta) and Diya Badpagga of Badpagga family in village Parowal. Who celebrated Lohri of their daughter Naira Badpagga.
On this occasion, Founder President Satish Kumar Soni said that the society is running Beti Bachao Dharti Bachao Abhiyan. During which Lohri of daughters is celebrated every year. It is a matter of happiness for us that Badpagga family has participated in taking our campaign forward by celebrating daughter's Lohri. We congratulate them for this noble work. On this occasion, Spokesperson Punjab Prof. Jagdish Rai said that today daughters are leaving their mark in every field. They are presenting their existence in front of the society. District President Jaspreet Kaur said that this work of the Badpagga family is very commendable. Every family should celebrate Lohri of their daughters along with their sons and give them due respect. Now, as per the demand of the time, a campaign should be run to save daughters. We should work together to save them from the dark age of drugs. On this occasion, the family offered the prasad of Sri Sukhmani Sahib. During which Sant Satnam Das Ji Mahdood Wale delighted the congregation with his holy satsang.
