These siblings have alleged that their stepmother Priya Kapoor (Sanjay Kapoor's third wife) has tried to forge the will (of Sanjay Kapoor) with the intention of taking full control of their assets. These children have argued that they did not have complete information about their father's assets at the time of his death.
It is worth mentioning that Sanjay Kapoor died on June 12, 2025 in Windsor, UK. Her children told the court in documents filed that their father did not live with them but they had a close relationship with their father and they used to go on vacations together. It is also worth mentioning that Karisma Kapoor married Sanjay Kapoor in 2003 and they divorced in 2016.
According to information, Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor's ex-husband and industrialist Sanjay Kapoor died of a heart attack at the Polo Ground in Britain. Exactly three days before this, Sanjay Kapoor had written in a post on social media, "Your time on earth is limited." He was 53 years old.
