Chandigarh, August 6- The problems of consumers of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam will be heard on August 8 from 11 am to 4 pm at the office of Corporate Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Panchkula. During this time, only the complaints of consumers of Panchkula district will be heard.
Giving information, the spokesperson of the electricity corporation said that the members of the forum will hear all kinds of problems of consumers of Panchkula district, which mainly include complaints related to billing, voltage, meters, connection cutting and connection problems and violation of the orders of the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission.
The forum will not hear cases related to electricity theft and illegal use of electricity under Section 126 and Section 139 of the Electricity Act, and cases related to investigation and accidents under Section 161.
