SAS Nagar (Mohali), July 19 National Scheduled Castes Alliance has submitted a letter to the Chairman of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab demanding immediate action against D&K Builders LLP builders, who are violating the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 by selling pre-launch flats without taking approval from Real Estate Regulatory Authority Punjab (RERA). Taking immediate action on the letter, a notice has been issued against D&K Builders LLP builders by the Legal Director/Registrar Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab. This information was given to the press by the President of National Scheduled Castes Alliance, Paramjit Singh Kainth. It is written in the letter that D & K Builders LLP is ignoring all the rules and regulations. *Main allegations:*
*Sale without RERA approval*: D & K Builders LLP has started the process of selling flats and commercial properties on 21 Bigha 16 Biswa 19 Biswa land in village Kishanpura, Zirakpur without taking approval from RERA.
*Ignoring rules*: The builder has done booking of residential and commercial properties under the pre-launch scheme ignoring all the rules and regulations. The builder is violating all the rules and regulations and the process of depositing the hard earned money of poor people in its accounts in an illegal manner has started.
*Action demanded:*
*Immediate action*: NSCA Chief Paramjit Singh Kainth has demanded that immediate action should be taken against the builder and strict legal provisions under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 should be followed.
*Notice issued*: The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab has issued a notice to the D & K Builders LLP builders to appear before their office on July 24, 2025.
