
Plantation service continues in Mini Forest.
Nawanshahr- In celebration of the first anniversary of the Nagar Prakritik Udyan started last year in collaboration with Nagar Parishad Nawanshahr, Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society and Park Management Committee continued the plantation service for the second time today and planted about 40 new types of plants.

The plants planted today included 16 different types of natural plants like Neem, Amaltas, Jand, Berry, Kachnar, Belpatri, Garne, Lasuri, Dharek, Cypress, Kikar, Amla, Mehndi, Karir Simal etc.
Giving this information, Chief Sevadar Surjit Singh and all the members of the organization said that the plants planted in the Mini Forest have now grown quite big and now the environment has become like a dense forest. By the grace of God, the hard work of the last one year is paying off so much that in the coming time this garden will provide a wonderful beauty to Nawanshahr.
On this occasion, while all the members of Nagar Parishad Nawanshahr were thanked for their cooperation in the expansion of this forest, Deputy Chief Servant of the Society and Chief Manager of Park Management Mr. Didar Singh Gehun, who was on a foreign tour, was also remembered for the guidelines and financial services given during his foreign tour for changing the face of this forest.
During the plantation service today, Mahinderpal Chander Pradhan, Paramjit Kair Inspector, Bakshish Singh, Gyan Singh, Ram Pal Rai, Paramjit Singh Moosapur, Inderjit Singh Bahara, Kuljit Singh Khalsa, Balbudh Singh, Inderjit Sharma, Gurcharan Singh Pabla, Daljit Singh Badwal, Manmohan Singh Kanhal, Sohan Singh, Narinder Rana, Raman Murgai and other members were also present.
