Hoshiarpur/Chandigarh: IPS Surinder Lamba, AIG Personnel-1 at Punjab Police Headquarters, Sector-9, Chandigarh, said that he is constantly trying to listen to the problems of all police personnel of Punjab and get them resolved.
He said that employees from constable to inspector rank face all kinds of departmental problems under him. Whether it is related to police recruitment or any obstacle during service, every matter is heard seriously and its solution is ensured.
AIG Lamba said that police personnel are on duty 24 hours a day for the safety of the society, therefore it is the responsibility of the administration to solve their problems. Therefore, a transparent system has been adopted by the department so that no employee has to face unnecessary hassle.
He expressed confidence that every employee of the Punjab Police is discharging his responsibilities with complete honesty and loyalty and the department will ensure that their rights and privileges are protected.
