Rajpura 28 January- The month of January is being celebrated as Road Safety Month across the country. Under this, Rajpura Traffic Police celebrated Road Safety Month in collaboration with various organizations and industrial units so that people can become aware of traffic rules and save their lives as well as others. Under this series, a road safety awareness camp was organized at Ultra Tech Cement Plant today with the cooperation of Rajpura Traffic Police.
In which Sadar Police Station Chief Sardar Kripal Singh Mohi and Traffic Police Incharge Rajpura Gurbachan Singh specially participated. In this awareness camp, the drivers and transporters present in the company were given information about traffic rules and they were made aware about the proper maintenance and operation of their vehicles.
While talking to journalists, he said that this initiative of the company is very commendable. Due to which the driver brothers and transporters will get to learn a lot and he said that physical, mental and financial loss is inevitable due to accidents and we all know very well the loss that the family members have to suffer.
To avoid all these losses, we should follow traffic rules, so that our life remains safe and the lives of others can also be saved. During today's program, the employees of Ultra Tech Company also made people aware of traffic rules through drama, skit and poems.
On this occasion, the company's Sadar Thana Logistics Head North Udham Singh, company employees, Sarpanch of villages near the drivers and transporters were present and took information about traffic rules and road safety.
