Garhshankar:- Recently, an innocent child has been brutally murdered. Due to that, the situation that has arisen in the state is very worrying. Meanwhile, the government’s attitude towards the public is not sincere. Due to which the public is protesting. The government should take a logical decision after assessing the situation. This view was expressed by Satish Kumar Soni, founder president of Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Punjab, while talking to the press.
He said that a few days ago, a migrant committed a heinous act with a five-year-old innocent child and killed him. Due to which a wave of protest has spread throughout the state. Due to which a situation of conflict has arisen between migrants and local citizens. Due to which an atmosphere of tension has arisen in the entire state. The main reason for this is the administration not taking the right steps on time.
Earlier, various social organizations had requested the administration to conduct police verification of the migrants through a demand letter. If any concrete step had been taken at that time, then this innocent person would not have had to fall victim to the dirty minded cruelty of the beast. The lax attitude of the state government towards the migrants is responsible for such a situation.
It is very shameful that despite the passage of so many days, no representative of the government has reached the victim's family. Now it is necessary that the state government and the representatives of other political parties should rise up from the politics of votes and take a concrete decision together. Otherwise, the situation in the state may become even worse in the coming time. He said that the state government should make a concrete law for the migrants coming from outside.
They should be allowed to work and live here only after proper police verification, but not given the right to vote, so that people with criminal backgrounds disguised as immigrants cannot enter the state and no other innocent person has to fall victim to such a criminally minded person.
