Mr. Raj Kumar, president of Delives Employees Union of Punjab School Education Board, said that the management of Punjab School Education Board is refusing to implement the notification issued by the Chief Minister of Punjab. He said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann issued a notification on October 7, 2022 on the holy land of Sri Anandpur Sahib announcing the appointment of 8736 unskilled teachers of the Education Department as well as 525 unskilled employees working in the Punjab School Education Board. was gone He said that on the basis of this notification, the appointment letters have been issued to the raw teachers, but the appointment letters have not been issued to the raw employees of the Punjab School Education Board.

He said that in this regard, option forms have also been filled by Delivez employees, but no action has been taken by the board management. Despite holding many meetings with Chief Minister's OSD, Education Minister, Finance Minister and Board Management regarding the regularization of raw employees of the board, no action regarding regularization has been implemented.

They demanded that according to the 10-year notification issued by the Punjab government and the notification of the labor department of the Punjab government, the raw employees of the board should be given the full salary of the month and due holidays according to the office staff category ABCD.

The General Secretary of Delevays Union S. Inderjit Singh has demanded from the Punjab Government that the notification issued by the Punjab Government should be immediately implemented in the board office and regularization of 525 delevees, contract base and cleaning employees of the board working in the board office should be done immediately. The leaders said that in order to remember the promise made by the Aam Aadmi Party leaders during the elections, they will march to the office of the Mohali Constituency Speaker Mr. Kulwant Singh on December 21 and hand over the demand letter.
