Nawanshahr:- Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society is continuously promoting the service of pilgrimage to Kartarpur Sahib (Pakistan) and keeps sending groups to visit Gurudwara Sri Darbar Sahib Kartarpur Sahib (Pakistan), the holy shrine of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Defying the heat, the 35th batch of 50 pilgrims sent from Nawanshahr paid obeisance at Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur Sahib yesterday.
Sharing the information, Surjit Singh, Chief Sevak of Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society, said that due to the completion of examinations of school children since last month and the increasing number of NRI families, devotees for Sri Kartarpur Sahib Yatra come daily through Guru Nanak Mission Facilitation Centre. After preparing his documents, he is visiting Gurudwara Sahib Ji with his personal means. Earlier in the month of March also, five groups were sent by the society to visit Sri Kartarpur Sahib. This time, the members of the group that went after darshan participated in Ardaas and later took prasad in Guru's langar.
   Many of these members went to visit this pilgrimage for the second time also. He said that he feels very peaceful after coming to this court and feels like coming here again and again. Apart from Nawanshahr, Sangats from Banga, Moranwali, Mehatpur Uldani, Shekhupur, Sona, Denowal, Langrua, Kazampur, Kaulgarh, Lalpur, Kariyam, Daulatpur, Rampur Birdon and Juna etc. were also included.
He informed that the next 36th batch will be sent by the society on 30th April and booking of 37th batch is being done for 15th May.
This group included Baldeep Singh, Kamaljit Singh, Ramesh Chandra, Charanjit Singh Dhami, Takdeer Singh, Resham Singh, Pritpal Singh (Billu Bhaji), Jasbir Singh Banwait, Gurpal Singh Chahal, Satnam Singh, Narayan Das, Balbir Roy, Karnail Singh and others Members were also present.
