Una, 27 March:- As part of the voter awareness campaign being run under the SVEEP program in Una district, a program was organized at Government Degree College, Haroli on Wednesday. In this the youth were made aware about the importance of voting. It was also ensured that the name of any youth who is 18 years of age or above on April 1, 2024 and has not yet casted their vote, is registered in the voter list. Let us tell you, to cast your vote, registration in the voter list can be done till May 4.
District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal said that voter awareness activities are being carried out continuously under the SVEEP program in the district. Especially new and young voters are being motivated to explain the importance of voting and exercise their franchise.
