Very grand arrangements were made by Reverend Santosh Kumari ji, the chief attendant from the shrine, keeping in mind the convenience and comfort of the pilgrims.

Lakhwinder Kumar, Ashwani Kumar Chauhan, Paramjit Singh, Madan Lal Chauhan, Sanjeev Kumar Billa, Pam Chauhan, Chaudhary Mahinder Singh, Sushma Devi, Anita Devi, Anita Rani, Mamta Devi, Jyoti Devi, Sanyokta Devi led by a large number of servants. After hoisting the flag to the congregation, the langar was reverentially thrown.
Before the flag hoisting ceremony, the chunnis brought by the devotees were tied with the flag and on the occasion of hoisting this 100 feet high flag, thousands of devotees chanted Babaji and immersed the whole atmosphere in devotion. On this occasion, folk singers sang the praises of Baba Nahar Singh Ji.
Sikander Rana, president of the management committee, said that the devotees have an unshakable belief that any devotee who sincerely asks for a wish here will be fulfilled by Baba Nahar Singh.
Harmesh Lal Pandori, who has been serving continuously for the last 35 years, said that the devotees who have accepted their vows and when they are fulfilled, those devotees reach the shrine with drum beats and nagaras as a sign of gratitude for their vows.
Cashier Vinod Kumar, Secretary Harsh Kumar and Vice President Prince Kumar said that during this flag hoisting ceremony where thousands of Sardhalu bow down, along with every first Sunday pilgrims come to this religious place to bow down in routine.
Along with religious activities, social duties are also fulfilled by the management committee of the temple Baba Nahar Singh Ji
Mandir Baba Nahar Singh ji's management committee, where this huge event is organized every year on the day of Holi, the management committee also conducts its own social activities in the area.
President Sikander Rana from the management committee said that in the government primary and middle school of village Kot, interlock tiles were installed inside the school and tiles were installed in the rooms at a cost of 4 lakh rupees.
Apart from this, adequate arrangements have been made for interlocking, sheds and seating in the entire burial ground at a cost of Rs.11 lakh in village Kot burial ground.
Sikandar Rana said that a rain shelter and a bus waiting house near the gate of the village on Garshankar Nangal Road were constructed by the management committee at a cost of 4 lakh rupees.
He expressed his gratitude to all the devotees who participate more and more in the religious place and successfully complete the event.
