Garhshankar- A celebration dedicated to Khalsa Saajna Diwas was organized at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College, Garhshankar, run under the management of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, in which various genres were presented by the students. On this occasion, students Simran and Jaswinder Kaur presented poems related to Khalsa Saajna Diwas.
Student Prince Singh expressed his views on the birth and principles of Khalsa. The Dhaadi group of students Manpreet Singh, Manjot Singh and Ajit Singh sang the heroic verses of Khalsa. Prof. Raideep Singh shared his views with the students about the history of Khalsa Saajna Diwas.
Dr. Harvinder Kaur made the students aware of the importance of the history and heritage of Baisakhi. Principal Dr. Amandeep Heera, while addressing, appreciated the program presented by the students and inspired them to follow the path shown by the Gurus. The program was conducted by Dharmguru Amritpal Singh.
