  Additional Deputy Commissioner said that SDM Amb will be the fair officer, while DSP Amb has been appointed as the police fair officer. To maintain law and order during the fair, the fair area will be divided into four sectors and 400 police and home guard personnel will be deployed. During the fair, proper use of CCTV cameras will be made in the temple and fair premises so that untoward incidents caused by anti-social elements can be prevented. The ADC instructed the temple officer to ensure inspection of the CCTV cameras.
ADC said that darshan slip will be mandatory for the devotees and this slip can be obtained from Baba Shri Maidas Sadan, New Bus Stand and Shambhu Barrier. He said that 24-hour services will be provided at Chintpurni Hospital to ensure emergency medical facilities to the devotees during the fair. For this, the Block Medical Officer and Fair Medical Officer will be there. Apart from this, one additional medical post each will be established by the Health Department and Ayurveda Department where treatment will be provided to the devotees as per requirement. He directed the Jal Shakti Department to ensure cleanliness of drinking water sources and proper drinking water supply to provide clean and safe drinking water to the devotees during the fair. He also gave instructions for chlorination of all drinking water sources. He said that the electricity department should also do all the necessary inspections for smooth power supply so that the fair can be conducted properly. ADC said that in view of the safety of the devotees, there will be a complete ban on taking coconuts into the temple during the fair period. Coconuts will be collected from the passengers in the queue at the DFMD before the main gate of the temple. He said that for the convenience of the devotees visiting Mata Shri Chintpurni Temple, it will also be ensured that sign boards are installed at various places.
Mahendra Pal Gurjar said that it is mandatory to take permission from the Langar Committee for serving langar during the fair. A fee of Rs 10,000 has been fixed for this. Apart from this, the langar organizers will have to follow all the rules laid down by the langar committee including cleanliness and road safety, otherwise the permits issued to them for langar can be cancelled. Langar will be organized at a prescribed distance from the road so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience in movement and traffic. The Deputy Commissioner said that there will be a complete ban on begging in Mata Shri Chintpurni. To stop this, police and home guard personnel will keep a close watch. He instructed the fire department to make the fire fighting equipment fully functional before the fair to prevent incidents of arson. In the meeting, apart from traffic management, electricity system, parking system, living arrangements for the officers and employees on duty, cleanliness arrangements were also discussed in detail.
On this occasion, officers and employees of various departments including SDM Vivek Mahajan, ASP Sanjeev Bhatia, CMO Sanjeev Verma, DSP Amb were also present.
