Chandigarh 07 Feb 2024:- Dr Himanshu Gupta working as Associate professor in the department of Cardiology PGIMER, Chandigarh won the best case award in recently concluded International conference - Singapore Live , held at Singapore between 25 - 27 January 2024.
Singapore live is a international meeting of Cardiology held each year at Singapore where doctors from around the world gather to learn new techniques and discuss cases. Each year doctors submit their cases and best cases are selected from various categories.
This year Dr Gupta won the top award in the Complex PCI category. His case was concerning complex left main PCI in a 90 year old man whom Dr Gupta and his team had treated at PGI using the latest techniques like Impella, Rotablator, shockwave and intravascular imaging.
Dr Himanshu in addition to the  top prize also won a cash award of 500 Singapore dollar.
