SAS Nagar, January 17 - Bibi Kuldeep Kaur Dhanoa, Councilor of Ward No. 29 of the Municipal Corporation, has said that the residents of the sector are deeply troubled due to the non-opening of the approved road to enter Sector 69 of the city by GAMADA. But despite repeated demands from Gamada, no action has been taken in this regard, there is increasing anger among the people And if Gamada does not take immediate action in this regard, then a big struggle will be waged by the residents.

In this regard, Bibi Kuldeep Kaur Dhanoa has written a letter to the Chief Administrator of GAMADA demanding that the approved route to enter Sector 69 (which meets the road passing in front of the water works) should be opened immediately. He has written that it has been more than 20 years since Sector 69 was settled, but the residents of a large part of the sector have not been given an approved route to enter the sector till date.

He said that despite several requests to Gamada to open the road, the canal is still there, due to which the residents of the sector have to enter the sector by walking through crooked temporary roads, due to which accidents often occur. According to Bibi Dhanoa, many people have lost their lives due to this negligence of Gamada. He said that the present MLA of Mohali, S. Kulwant Singh, has also written several letters to Gamada to open the way, but the officials of Gamada are not budging. Due to which the residents of the sector are gearing up to join hands and fight against the neglect of Gamada.

And even today the residents gave a demand letter to the chief administrator of GAMADA Mr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta to open this road. And it has been said that it is a failure of the government not to give the go-ahead to the sector which has been in existence for many years.

He said that Gamada has given the way to the residents of the sector only in the maps But in practice the administration has not yet provided the way.

On this occasion, former councilor Satveer Singh Dhanoa said that the chief administrator has assured a concrete action within 15 days.
