
Ten day Joint Annual Training Camp-31 of 12 Punjab Battalion NCC, Hoshiarpur was concluded at NCC Training Academy.
Hoshiarpur - Ten day Combined Annual Training Camp-31 of 12 Punjab Battalion NCC Hoshiarpur concluded at NCC Training Academy under the leadership of Camp Commandant and Commanding Officer of the battalion, Colonel HPS Shergill.
Hoshiarpur - Ten day Combined Annual Training Camp-31 of 12 Punjab Battalion NCC Hoshiarpur concluded at NCC Training Academy under the leadership of Camp Commandant and Commanding Officer of the battalion, Colonel HPS Shergill. The Deputy Camp Commandant of the camp was Colonel JS Mann. 280 cadets of the battalion participated in the camp which includes 125 SD-SW and 155 JD-JW cadres. Group Commander of Jalandhar NCC Group Brigadier Ajay Tiwari, Army Medal also inspected the camp. During this, he also interacted with the cadets and also took stock of the training being given to them. In these camps, cadets took part in various activities like drill, firing, culture, individual personality, physical fitness, training in disassembly and assembly of weapons. In these activities, the winning students were honored by the Camp Commandant and given the message to be ready to protect the country by becoming good citizens in the future. At CATC, cadets were given information about joining the Indian Army. The cadets were informed about the various categories and conditions for joining the Army. During this period, training on citizenship training and disaster management was also given.
