And it is very important for every person to practice yoga for good health. He said that through this thousands of years old method of yoga, a person can strengthen his body and mind and many types of terrible diseases can be cured by doing yoga. He said that due to the big change in the food and drink of the common people, diseases are increasing a lot and if yoga is done continuously, a person can lead a happy life. He said that stress, diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure, cholesterol and other physical diseases are cured by doing yoga activities daily. Sant Dharmapal said that at Dham Shan Puri Shergarh Chandigarh Road Islamabad classes are held specially to teach yoga and the devotees are also told about the importance of yoga to get rid of physical and mental diseases. He said that he has released two part videos related to Yoga Asana on YouTube and social media so that the devotees of the country and abroad can get maximum knowledge about Yoga.
