But after his notice the work was closed for two days, the work of the shop was resumed on Saturday and on Sunday, the shopkeeper put the letter on the second floor of the shop fearlessly without giving any notice. . It is also to be noted that due to the illegal construction of the shop, the passage of people and passers-by has become very difficult due to the heaps of gravel, sand and bricks along with rubble. It is also to be mentioned that according to the rules of Section 143 of Pudda Act 1995, a strict prohibition was issued by the department to construct any construction up to 10 meters or 100 feet on both sides of the road from the land boundary of the Public Works Department. In case of doing so, the concerned party may be fined as well as imprisoned for six months. And the department has instructed to remove the unauthorized construction at the expense of the builder. But still some capitalists are leaving no stone unturned in making illegal constructions by defying the order of the Public Works Department. Regarding this matter, JE Sunny Dhiman of Public Works Department Garhsankar was contacted over the phone and he said that the concerned shop owner was issued a notice by the office and instructed to stop the work. But if now the shopkeeper has started the construction of the shop in the dark in the morning and put the letter of the second floor of the shop on a holiday on Sunday, then according to the law, appropriate action will be taken against the shopkeeper. Now it has to be seen that the Public Works Department Garhsankar takes appropriate action against the shopkeeper who is doing illegal construction, that the Public Works Department Garhsankar will cooperate with the shopkeeper and put this matter in cold storage. Regarding this matter, I contacted the SDO of the Public Works Department, Balinder Kumar, and wanted to know his side. He said that the department has issued a notice to the construction shopkeeper, but today, the JE of our department has issued a notice. The shopkeeper has brought to attention the case of the second floor letter being found on a Sunday holiday after being constructed in the dark in the morning.
