Chandigarh: 18th November, 2023: The second day of PECFEST 2023 was put off to a great start. The day started with enthusiastic participation by students from various colleges and universities. Major highlights: Treasure hunt, Karaoke, Open Mic, Quirky Quiz were fueling the enthusiasm and zeal of the participants. 
Bhangra Wars Ignite the Dance Floor: Standup Show and 3D Art Competition also played host to the energetic Bhangra Wars, where participants showcased their vibrant dance moves to the beats of Bhangra. The dance floor came alive with the infectious energy of the performers, creating an exhilarating experience for everyone present.
Karaoke Extravaganza: For those who love to take the stage themselves, the Karaoke event provided a platform for aspiring singers to showcase their vocal prowess. Attendees enthusiastically participated, turning the event into a harmonious celebration of musical talent.
Robo Race Showcases Technical Brilliance: Technology took center stage at the Robo Race, where individuals demonstrated their technical expertise in a thrilling competition. The event showcased cutting-edge innovations and engineering prowess, leaving attendees in awe of the advancements in the field.
Turncoat Debate by SAASC: In a thought-provoking segment, the Speaker's Association and Student Study Circle (SAASC) organized a Turncoat Debate that challenged participants to articulate and defend diverse viewpoints. The engaging debate fostered intellectual discourse and showcased the depth of understanding within the student community.
The Communication Information and Media cell conducted three events during the fest this year. It kicked off with a PR Writing competition in which participants utilized their creative and artistic views to pen down their thoughts on abstract images.
Another competition, Quirky Quiz, a team event, saw huge participation from colleges across the Tricity. The quiz was based on a wide range of topics, including current affairs, general knowledge, and geography.
The final competition, Netagiri, was a perfect blend of an individual's creativity and public speaking ability. Participants were presented with various hypothetical situations for a specific area, against which they had to prepare their political manifesto and deliver a powerful speech.
 Multiple signature events of PECFEST organised  by various cultural clubs and technical societies of the college were some of the major highlights. Events like ROBORACE, Capture the Fest, Min-It-to-Win-It, ROBOWARS, INBOX, KRITI and many more.The day two concluded with International DJ featuring the incredible singer-songwriter Danny and Music icon the one and only the Music Maestro, the Powerhouse Performer, and the Embodiment of Sheer Star Power—Sunidhi Chauhan playing at the star night. She's not just a wave; she's the oceanic force sweeping over PECFEST-2023. , and this promises to be a mind-blowing musical journey like never before.
Day 3, will be having an amazing theme-based fashion show 'Glitterati' and Anurag Halder will be performing live on 19th November at PECFEST 2023.
