Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, May 13: During the inspection of immigration centers operating without registration in the district by the District Police on the instructions of SSP Deepak Pareek, today, after inspecting the immigration centers operating in CP 67, a case was registered against two centers.
DSP City 2 Mohali, Harsimran Singh Bal informed that under the guidance of SP (Urban) Harbir Singh Atwal, taking action under the campaign against those who cheated innocent people under the guise of fake immigration, today, Chief Officer Police Station Phase-11 Mohali Inspector Aman along with four CPs. Immigration centers operating at Mall Sector 67, Mohali were checked. During the checking, it was found that a total of 11 immigration centers were operating in CP 67 Mall. Out of these immigration centers, 06 are authorized immigration centers, one office is running a content creator and one immigration center in the name of SDG Consultancy was found unauthorized at Office No. 623, 6th Floor, CP 67 Mall, which was illegally doing immigration work, whose owner is Piyush Dogra, resident of House No. 529. 
Janimal Jammu, currently resident of House No. 4797/3,38 West Chandigarh Maloa. Case No. 59 dated 13-05-2025 under Section 24 of the Immigration Act has been registered and 03 offices have been found closed. Apart from this, Migrat Expert Solution CP 67 Mall is working in office number 1114 which has been closed for the last one month. 
It has been recommended to register a case under Section 316(2), 318(4) BNS and 24 Immigration Act against the owners of this Migrat Expert Solution Shoaib Sheikh and Sameer alias Sarfarash on the basis of the application of Dore Naik. He said that the role of the application of Dore Naik will also be investigated.
