Hisar: – JCI Hansi’s weekly program started today in Government Model Senior Secondary School, Hansi. The objective of the program was to make the students aware of the importance of drug de-addiction and polythene free society. On this occasion, about 1200 students of the school participated and took the oath of drug and polythene freedom.
In the program, the chief guest, Sarvesh Saini, head of JCI Hansi said that “drugs hollow out the roots of the young generation. If students adopt strong determination and self-discipline in life, they can shape the future of the country. We have to take steps towards a drug-free society.” On this occasion, Angrez Saini said that “polythene has become the biggest problem of our environment. Recently, during the rainy season, a serious problem of sewage blockage came to the fore due to plastic waste and bags. If every citizen boycotts polythene from today, then tomorrow our cities and villages will be clean and safe.” Ashok Rohila said, “Drugs and polythene both are a curse for the society. The youth will have to spread awareness in this campaign so that the coming generation can live in a healthy environment.”
The school principal Rajesh Bhadana while addressing the students said, “The real purpose of education is not only to gain knowledge but also to adopt positive habits and values ??in life. These steps taken towards de-addiction and polythene free society will lay the foundation of bright future and clean environment for the students.”
At the end of the program, all the students and teachers together took a pledge that they will not use drugs and polythene in their lives and will also make others aware about it.
